SMART-LINK HOMEWARES is a trusted Australian-owned importer and wholesaler of packaging, plastic, and homeware products, proudly based in Sydney since 2000.
We supply a wide range of general merchandise and household goods to retailers, variety stores, discount stores and online sellers across Australia.
By purchasing from or dealing with SMART-LINK HOMEWARES, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
All goods are supplied subject to these Terms & Conditions. SMART-LINK HOMEWARES reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by SMART-LINK HOMEWARES.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified without written approval.
3. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Any pricing errors may be corrected prior to dispatch.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed at the time of account approval or order placement.
SMART-LINK HOMEWARES reserves the right to suspend supply where payment terms are not met.
5. Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only.
SMART-LINK HOMEWARES is not liable for delays caused by transport providers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch or collection.
6. Claims & Returns – General Procedure
All claims for credit, damaged goods, or short supply must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
Claims received after this period may not be accepted.
Returns will not be processed without a valid invoice number and completed Return or Credit Request Form.
All returned goods must be:
• Complete
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In saleable condition
Goods that have been priced, labelled, altered or used are not eligible for credit.
Customers are responsible for return freight costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Damaged Goods in Transit
If goods are damaged during transit:
• Items must be set aside for inspection
• The original invoice details must be retained
• Claims must be lodged promptly with supporting details
Goods damaged after receipt or while in-store will not be credited.
8. Short Supply
For short or missing items:
• A Credit Request Form must be completed
• Invoice number and details must be clearly stated
• Credits will only be processed after stock verification against our system
9. No Fault Returns
Returns for change of mind, over-ordering, or non-damaged items are subject to approval and may incur restocking fees.
10. Liability
SMART-LINK HOMEWARES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of supplied goods.
Our liability is limited to the replacement or credit of goods supplied.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
