Delivery Policy

At SMART-LINK HOMEWARES , we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently, securely and reliably. Please review the following Delivery Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your delivery location, order size and product availability. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most locations throughout Australia. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may require additional transit time and may incur additional freight charges.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, weight, delivery destination and shipping method. Delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout or advised before dispatch.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability at the time of processing. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternative products, backorders or order adjustments.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the goods where required.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action or other events beyond our reasonable control.

SMART-LINK HOMEWARES always endeavours to offer our customers the best value prices possible. We also endeavor to dispatch goods within the quickest possible timeframe so that you do not experience out of stocks and loss of sales.

Recently there have been dramatic increases in freight costs in Australia local costs areas. Local freight has had many cost increases including fuel levy increases, pallet lift increases and general freight cost increases.

With the above freight increases incurred we have no choice but to introduce freight charge-based on the below table. Please select the preferred shipping method to use on this order.

ALL PRICES BELOW ARE BASED PER PALLET AND +GST
PRICES ARE FOR METRO CITY ONLY

Brisbane Metro

- $2100 + GST Minimum One Pallet + Freight Charge ( Conditions apply)

- Under $2100+GST will incur a $150 charge

- Regional areas/low value pallets will incur an additional charge

Melbourne Metro

- $2100 + GST Minimum One Pallet + Freight Charge ( Conditions apply)

- Under $2100 +GST will incur a $150 charge

- Regional areas/low value pallets will incur an additional charge

Sydney Metro

- $2000 + GST Minimum One Pallet + Freight Charge ( Conditions apply)

- Regional areas/low value pallets will incur an additional charge

Newcastle/Canberra Metro

- $2000 + GST Minimum One Pallet + Freight Charge ( Conditions apply)

- Under $2000 + GST will incur a $100 charge

- Regional areas/low value pallets will incur an additional charge

These charges will come into effect as of 1^st June 2021. If at any time you need any further clarification on these charges, please feel free to contact your sales rep or office during business hours.

PURCHASING GUIDE

First of all, you need to register online account and then Please LOGIN to view and place an order from our online store, if you want to place an order, please login and select products. Please contact us if you have any enquires.

We stock over 1000 different types of products in homeware Products.

The products we have selected are based on our many years of experience in the discount variety store industry, where the products are of good quality and good packaging, but also at a reasonable price so it will sell fast and give you more profit.

Every new customer is required to fill in the Application form to set up account. We won’t give out any pricing before your account has been set up with our company. We will conduct certain checking of your business background & trade reference that you provide to us.
Minimum first purchase per order is $1500+GST .
Customer orders will be based on COD until our accounts department grants you the approval to become Post-paid Account customers.
Please kindly arrange your own Courier or pick up method for your goods. If you are having difficulty finding Courier, we will use our own or sort out the cheapest transportation and you will be liable for all necessary costs. If the actual cost of delivery exceeds our original quotation, we will send you another invoice for re-imbursement of additional cost.
For Pick-up orders, Please Check Your Stock Carefully Before leaving our warehouse, the quantities & item codes. We have procedures in place to make sure you receive the correct items you ordered & picked up. No claim will be recognized for missing stock after leaving our warehouse.
Please note we won’t be able to release any stock (either for pick up orders or pallet order) if any of your invoices have been overdue for more than 30 days for Post-paid Account holders; or you have reached your credit limits in our system.
