Due to the wholesale nature of our business, the conditions below apply to all returns.
1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, over-ordering, or no longer required items. Customers are responsible for ensuring products ordered are suitable for their intended use prior to purchase.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, you must notify SMART-LINK HOMEWARES within 7 days of receiving the goods.
To lodge a return request, please provide:
- Order number
- Product code and description
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
All return requests are subject to assessment and approval.
3. Return Authorisation
Returns must be authorised by SMART-LINK HOMEWARES before any goods are sent back. Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Approved returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resaleable condition
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- For approved faulty or incorrectly supplied items, SMART-LINK HOMEWARES will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs.
- For any other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or discounted products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
7. Refunds and Credits
Where a return is approved, SMART-LINK HOMEWARES may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, credit, or refund. Refunds or credits will be processed after returned goods have been received and inspected.
